The Washington County Service Authority Board of Commissioners has named Robbie Cornett to the position of General Manager, effective July 1, 2008. Mr. Cornett has served as interim General Manager since February, 2006. |

WCSA Implementing Water Rate Increase |
| |
Beginning July 1, 2008 and January 1, 2009 Washington County Service Authority customers will see an increase in their water and wastewater rates as the utility prepares to expand its main water treatment plant, replaces aging distribution infrastructure, extends much needed water and sewer service to previously un-served areas and manages rising construction and operating costs. |
