Under the direction of the General Manager, the Operations Manager manages the operations sector of the Authority. Problems encountered range from routine to complex in nature. Attention to detail and frequent contact with the public, elected and appointed officials and WCSA employees are required. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills are needed. The person in this position must be able to assist the public, officials, WCSA employees and WCSA stakeholders with accuracy, good judgment and professional poise. |
