The Customer Service Manager reports directly to the General Manager, is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our extensive Customer Service Department, demonstrates excellent Customer Service in a polite and professional manner, accepts and applies customer payments to accounts, answers calls or meets with customers regarding concerns and inquiries on accounts and oversees all Customer Service functionality of WCSA.
The Customer Service Manager supervises the major accounts receivable and collection functions of the WCSA, including payments by walk in, drive thru, telephone, mail, and internet. Successful candidates will be able to oversee the department, communicate effectively and tactfully with customers and co-workers; will demonstrate compassion and a commitment to teamwork and high quality customer service.

The Washington County Service Authority (WCSA) is receiving applications for the position of General Manager. The WCSA General Manager (GM) is charged with supporting the WCSA Board of Commissioners in the establishing the mission and understanding and fulfilling that mission. The GM must establish goals for each department to insure that WCSA policies are successfully implemented, and such goals must be clearly communicated to staff. The GM must act in a professional manner, be committed to the job, and be capable of adequately communicating with every WCSA constituent or stakeholder. |
