Washington County Service Authority is seeking sealed bids for the supply of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel at WCSA's tanks at 25076 Regal Drive for the fiscal year July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011. Bids will be accepted at the offices of WCSA, 25122 Regal Drive, Abingdon, VA until 2:00 p.m. EST on Monday, May 17, 2010 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The envelope containing the bid MUST be CLEARLY labeled FUEL BID. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained by contacting Karen Lester, Staff Accountant, at 276-676-6799 or klester@wcsa-water.com. WCSA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding, and to accept the bid or bids which will be in its best interest. |
